Mentoring & cancellations

What we cover

• Setting up and organising a Shopify store, including practical uses of AI.
• Researching home products, evaluating trends and comparing suppliers.
• Writing clear product pages and sales copy.
• Planning paid-traffic tests and interpreting campaign results.
• Discussing day-to-day selling decisions and answering questions.

The topics and depth are agreed for each engagement. Examples and tools support learning; they do not promise a particular level of sales or profit.

Format and booking

Sessions take place online with live screen sharing. The duration, number of sessions, dates, time zone, price and payment arrangements are set out in the individual agreement or booking confirmation. A payment may reserve future sessions when advance payment has been agreed.

Tools and business costs

Any included materials, access to tools and support between sessions should be identified in the agreement. Shopify subscriptions, advertising spend, domains and other third-party costs should be confirmed separately before spending money.

Participants remain responsible for their own store, advertising accounts and commercial decisions. Do not share passwords or payment-card details during a session.

Rescheduling

If you need to change a session, contact itrexsolucoesdigitais@gmail.com as soon as possible with the session date and proposed alternatives. A new date is confirmed by mutual agreement, subject to the terms of your engagement.

Cancellation and refund requests

Send cancellation or refund requests to itrexsolucoesdigitais@gmail.com, identifying the engagement and the sessions concerned. We will consider the agreed terms, whether any sessions or agreed deliverables have been provided, and the rights that apply to the transaction.

This page does not introduce a blanket “no refunds” rule or replace any mandatory cancellation or refund rights. A contractual term cannot remove rights that the law requires. If the service has not started, state that in your request so it can be assessed on that basis.
